ADVANCED ARCHITECTURE

values| The Studio maintains a direct relationship with its clients and encourages them to participate actively in the design process to create a synergistic collaboration in which knowledge and experiences are shared. Synexys believes that frequent and clear communication is the cornerstone of building trust, therefore it regularly keeps its clients updated with the latest information about the job, eliminating surprises and allowing the project to run smoothly.

Synexys puts quality in first place. No matter the size, complexity, cost and length of the program, the Studio invests the same passion and effort into the project. Either it is about a small interior or a large building, the details get the same amount of attention.

Using the latest 3D-modeling softwares, the Studio can convey design and site-planning concepts via virtual walk-throughs and high-quality visualizations, leaving little room for clients to misinterpret the designs. This process also allows Synexys to anticipate conflicts that may come up in construction with more accuracy so it can solve problems and reduce change orders.
